The rally in the new issue commercial mortgage-backed securities market is forging ahead as two conduit deals that were priced on Monday night fetched tight spreads for their benchmark AAA bonds.

A partnership between JPMorgan and Barclays priced the $288.5 million A-4 class of JPMBB 2013-C14 at 103 basis points over swaps.
