The New Mexico Educational Retirement Board plans to move $160 million to private real estate funds and could be seeking up to six managers to handle the investments. The $10 billion fund also approved a $25 million real estate mandate at its Nov. 21 investment committee meeting, Bob Jacksha, cio, told sister publication Money Management Intelligence.
