Land values in Miami’s Brickell office market have shot up by more than 900% in the past five years. The increase is largely fueled by foreign investors looking to park their money in U.S. real estate, said Jubeen Vaghefi, international director at Jones Lang LaSalle. “The money that is coming in is very particular and wants Class A product, ideally in the CBD or areas where investment is truly well protected,” he noted.
