Randy Reiff is the chief executive officer of FirstKey Lending. He joins the firm from Macquarie Groups fixed income division, where he headed global commercial mortgage-backed securities and commercial mortgage finance. Reiff, a veteran of the commercial real estate finance business, also headed Spartan Real Estate Capital and prior to that, headed the global commercial mortgage business for JPMorgan and filled a similar position at Bear Stearns.
