Beacon Capital Partners is shopping the leasehold on 330 Hudson Street in New York, a newly renovated office building in the city’s Hudson Square submarket.  It’s unclear if Beacon is using a broker to market the 16-story, Class A building. Although there were market whispers at Eastdil Secured was on the deal, that talk has fallen silent in recent weeks, local brokers....
