Colony American Homes has launched its long-anticipated $513.6 million single-family securitization, the second-ever in the industry. The deal is backed by mortgages on 3,399 income-producing single-family homes, according to presale sheets from Kroll and Morningstar. Blackstone Group completed the first single-family securitization last year.
