The increasing number of direct overseas flights in Boston’s Logan Airport is expected to have a significant impact on the city’s commercial real estate market. As reported by The Wall Street Journal last month, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick has mounted a push for more direct international flights to come to Logan. Over the last two years, five new direct overseas routes have been negotiated, bringing the total to more than 30.
