The long-anticipated merger between London-based commercial real estate brokerage Savills and New York-based tenant representation specialist Studley is going forward, with Savills Group Chief Executive Jeremy Helsby telling REFI that the plan is to expand Studleys presence in key markets in the U.S. We wont tell Studley how to run their business, Helsby said. Studley runs a bloody good business and we are very confident in their abilities.
