Atlanta’s slow 2014 office investment sales market is quickly changing into a potential record-setting one that will keep interested investors extremely busy evaluating opportunities into the fall.
As has been reported by many sources, Heitman is making its first office investment in Atlanta by placing 3630 Peachtree under contract for approximately $381 per rentable square foot, which will surpass the record price for Buckhead of $345 per rentable square feet that Parkway paid for 3344 Peachtree in early 2011.
