The Rockefeller Group, a Mitsubishi Estate owned company, is expected to be acquire UTA Plaza, along with the adjacent Ice House building, for $900 per square foot, or more than $207 million. Bids for the iconic Beverly Hills properties are about $50 per square foot higher than the $850 per square foot price seller Tishman Speyer targeted when it put UTA Plaza up for sale last month (REFI, 6/4). Eastdil arranged the sale.
