Pavonis Capital Partners has rolled out a novel investment fund that targets real estate-related technology companies. The firm, a subsidiary of The Pavonis Group, believes that the commercial real estate industry—slow to adopt technology—is set for a shift. Pavonis Capital has raised about $7 million of the planned $30-50 million for Pavonis Technology Fund I.
