Shorenstein Properties is expected to buy Aon Center, a 62-story, 1.1 million-square-foot Class A office tower that is the second tallest building in Los Angeles. Pricing is said to be in the range of $270 million, or around $246 per square foot. Eastdil Secured has been marketing the property on behalf of seller Beacon Capital Partners since May.
