Samantha is managing editor of Real Estate Finance Intelligence. She does frequent audio and video podcasts with leading CRE industry professionals, and speaks at industry conferences. Her articles have also appeared in Institutional Investor. Previously, she was managing editor of Total Securitization and a reporter for Private Asset Management. Samantha earned a B.A. in American Literature and Creative Writing from Barnard College. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, cycling and quilting and coaches Columbia University’s collegiate cycling team. She lives in New York.

Steve Murray, Editor
Steve is editor of Institutional Investor’s Intelligence division, overseeing the group’s 10 titles and its investment management database service. He joined the group as a reporter covering the syndicated loan market in 1993 and later served as a managing editor and executive editor in the capital markets, mutual funds and investment management groups. He was named deputy editor of the division in 1999 and became editor in 2010.
